If you would approve, I would like to compile them into an e-book to be available in at least 3 formats (pdf, mobi and epub). It could also be made available to a limited number of subscribers as a domestically-produced printed book. I do these sometimes for my own use and as gifts, when I cannot obtain a book by other means. What do you think?
